How it works

From a Google review to a posted reply in under a minute.

The Review Engine runs quietly in the background. We poll Google every 15 minutes for every location you've connected. When a new review lands, we draft a reply in your trained voice, check it against veterinary guidelines, and put it in your inbox. You approve. We post it back to Google.

  1. 01

    Sign in with Google

Sign in with the Google account that manages your clinic listings. We request read and reply access to reviews only. No access to your Gmail, Calendar, or anything else on your Google account. You can revoke access anytime from your Google account settings.

  2. 02

    Pick the clinics to connect

We list every location your Google account has access to. You tick the ones you want The Review Engine to manage. Most multi-location practices are set up in under ten minutes.

  3. 03

Train your voice (optional but recommended)

Paste 10 to 20 of your best past replies into the tone editor. One click and The Review Engine extracts how your team sounds: word choices, sign-off style, how you handle grief, how you respond to a rave review. Every new draft matches. If you skip this step we use a safe default tone until you're ready.

  4. 04

    Reviews start arriving

We check Google every 15 minutes. New reviews show up in your inbox with an AI-drafted reply already written. Filter by rating, clinic location, date, or whether you've responded yet. Every review that needs attention is flagged.

  5. 05

    Review, edit, approve

Read the draft. Tweak anything you want. Click approve. The reply posts back to Google in seconds. The audit log records who approved what, when. Nothing auto-publishes without a human touching it.

  6. 06

Put your reviews on your website

Create a widget, choose a location or pull from all of them, copy one line of embed code onto your clinic site. Your best recent reviews render live, inside a Shadow DOM so they cannot conflict with your existing site styles. Updates automatically as new reviews come in.

The guardrails we enforce

Australian veterinary practice sits under state-level Veterinary Practitioners Board regulation and the AVA Code of Professional Conduct. We keep every AI draft inside those lines so your team doesn't have to think about it.

  • No therapeutic claims. Drafts never promise an outcome, diagnose in writing, or make claims about animal welfare that cross into clinical territory.

  • No solicitation of testimonials or referrals. Drafts never ask the reviewer or readers to leave a review, tell their friends, or share their story.

  • No disclosure of patient details. Drafts never reference a specific diagnosis, outcome, procedure cost, or anything that could identify a pet or owner beyond what's in the review itself.

  • No public arguments. When a review is unfair or inaccurate, the draft acknowledges the client's experience and invites a private conversation. It never defends, denies, or escalates publicly.

  • No incentivised reviews. The Review Engine does not send review requests, run review campaigns, or offer any kind of incentive for a review. We work only with the reviews your clients choose to leave on their own.
