Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Review Engine by X18 (the "Service"), operated by X18 Global Pty Ltd ABN (pending), trading as X18 Agency ("X18", "we", "us", "our"). By signing up or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. One person or entity per account. You must be authorised to connect any Google Business Profile you add to the Service.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to solicit, incentivise, fabricate, or otherwise manipulate reviews. You agree not to use the Service in breach of the Australian Veterinary Association Code of Professional Conduct, the rules of your state Veterinary Practitioners Board, AHPRA advertising guidelines (where applicable), or any other laws or professional guidelines that apply to your practice. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or abuse the Service.
3. Billing
The Service is billed monthly in Australian Dollars via Stripe, per connected clinic location, starting at AUD $400 per location per month (GST inclusive). The first 14 days are free. You can add or remove locations at any time, pro-rated. You can cancel at any time from the billing page, and access continues through the end of the current billing period.
4. Google Business Profile access
When you connect a Google account you grant The Review Engine the OAuth scope needed to read reviews and post replies on locations you authorise. You can revoke that access at any time in your Google account or inside the Service.
5. Content and accuracy
AI-drafted replies are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving each reply before it is posted to Google. X18 does not warrant that AI drafts will always be appropriate for every situation, and no reply is posted without your approval (unless you explicitly enable optional auto-approval for 4- and 5-star reviews).
6. Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where reasonable. The Service depends on third parties including Google, Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, and Anthropic, and outages at those providers may affect availability.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time with notice. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service. On termination your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The courts of Victoria have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
