Pricing questions
Is there a cheaper plan for a single clinic?
No. The flat per-clinic rate is the only plan. Single-clinic practices pay $400 AUD / month and get everything in the product.
What counts as a clinic location?
One physical address with its own Google listing. If you run a main clinic and a separate emergency branch on two Google profiles, that's two locations.
Can I add or remove clinics mid-month?
Yes. We pro-rate. Add a new location in the middle of the month and you're charged for the rest of that month only. Remove one and we credit your next invoice.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setup is self-serve and takes about fifteen minutes. If you want us to do it for you, we can. No extra charge in the trial.
Do unused AI drafts roll over?
Drafts are unlimited. Use as many as you want, every month, at every clinic. There's nothing to ration.
What if I want to pay annually?
Email info@x18agency.com. We offer a two-month discount for annual prepay on accounts of three or more clinics.
Is there a contract?
No contract. Month to month. Cancel anytime from the billing page and access stays active until the end of the current period.
Are there any extra fees I should know about?
No. The per-clinic rate is everything. Payment processing is our cost, not yours. No onboarding fee, no integration fee, no surprise line items.
